Surgical Services
Our board certified surgeon, Dr. Jose Casillas, is skilled in a variety of equine surgical procedures, including:
Soft Tissue - Hernia Repairs, Cryptorchid castrations, Airway Procedures, Wound Management and reconstructive surgery, Mass removals, Tendon and ligament procedures, Neurectomies, and Ophthalmic procedures.
Othropedic - Arthroscopy, Splint bone Fractures, Kissing Spine, Angular Limb Correction, and Sequestrum debridement.
As well as: Hoof & foot procedures and Sinus & dental procedures.
Sports Medicine
Our team brings generations of experience to your equine athlete’s performance health.
Exams and Imaging - We provide exams for both lameness (including flexions, nerve blocking, and palpation) and soundness in both the hospital and ambulatory settings. The hospital setting provides an indoor lameness pad. Our state of the art diagnostic equipment gives us the ability to obtain crisp digital radiology and ultrasound images.
Treatments - Regenerative Medicine (including PRP, ProStride, IRAP, and Stem cells), Shockwave, Joint Injections, and advanced Podiatry Services.
Medical Services
Hospital Setting - our 12,000sf hospital located in the heart of Ellensburg houses a 5 stall ICU, lameness pad, exam rooms, surgical suite, and owner consult area.
Emergency Services - we provide 24/7 365 day per year coverage for haul in emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency currently, please call our office line at (509) 859-2933 and leave a detailed message including your name, horse’s name and nature of emergency. Someone from our team will call you back.
Endoscopy - our endoscopy units are capable of providing images of the upper airway and the stomachs of our patients.
Laboratory - we provide both in house laboratory tests as well as work closely with all reference laboratories across the nation.
Reproduction
Dr. Michala Lindley and her team are here to help with the reproductive health of your mares. Please note that the number of mares we are able to take per year is limited so get on the list soon.
Services - Pregnancy Checks, Reproductive Ultrasound, Uterine infusions and lavage
Procedures - Artificial Insemination (frozen, cooled), Embryo Flush, Embryo Transfer, and Transvaginal Oocyte Aspiration.

To provide a well rounded approach to your horse’s well being, we have added some integrative medicine options
